Rafał Leszczyński, Kalisz voivode, ruled on the failure to execute his sentence in the case between the kahal elders of the Greater Poland communities and the land elders and trustee of the land, Marek Józefowicz. Leszczyński ordered the land elders who had been sued to come to Kobylin on February 3, 1687, to present the bills in the presence of six commissioners, three representing each party and paid for by each party, and if it turned out that land elders had paid for the voivodeship, the costs should be reimbursed. Moreover, the voivode orders the election of new Greater Poland land elders on March 24th in Jarocin and he confirms his previous ruling.
